Triton Inspections Ltd, Registered in England & Wales, company no. 10624213, operates this website and the internal TAI and TIM Teams pilot. Information we receive
The website has no enquiry form, user accounts or marketing database. If you contact Triton by email, telephone, LinkedIn or another linked service, we receive the information you choose to provide. The web host may also create limited technical logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and time of access, to deliver and protect the site. LinkedIn content is blocked by default; if you choose to load it, LinkedIn may receive technical information including your IP address and browser details.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss services, take steps connected with a potential contract and maintain appropriate business records. Technical logs may be used to keep the website secure, reliable and available. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only where needed with the relevant Triton group company, authorised service providers, professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Embedded LinkedIn content is supplied by LinkedIn under its own privacy terms only after a visitor chooses to load it. We keep Triton-held information only for as long as needed for the enquiry, business relationship, legal obligations and legitimate record-keeping.
The internal TAI and TIM Teams pilot
TAI and TIM are internal Microsoft Teams assistants used by invited Triton colleagues. They are not open to clients, suppliers or the public, and nothing on this website sends a message to them.
For an invited colleague, the pilot processes their verified Microsoft Entra object ID and whatever they put in a request. It can return only the Nexus information their existing permissions already allow, and it sends no message to anyone without Ryan Cowell's explicit approval. Requests, approvals and the security record are held in Nexus, which is restricted to authorised Triton staff. The security record stores a cryptographic fingerprint of the message text rather than the text itself.
Microsoft processes this material as the provider of Teams and Entra. It is kept for as long as the pilot, the business relationship and Triton's legal and record-keeping obligations require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Contact Triton first using the address above so the request can be routed to the appropriate group company.
